Each floor can have the lift access times set at different time schedules to that of the internal tenancy doors. (This option only applies if the tenant is the sole occupier of the floor.)
After Hours Card Access
Access to Dumas House is provided by Proximity Card permitting limited access after normal working hours. Nightly and weekend patrols are conducted by the security contractor to increase after hours security of the premises.
CARD readers are located adjacent to all access doors, including the inside panels of all passenger lifts.
Using Card Access
-
Place card closely next to proximity reader.
-
If the reader is in an elevator, select the desired floor.
-
If access is authorised, the floor will unlock and the elevator will operate normally.
Replacement Cards
If you lose your card , or require cards to be reprogrammed, please inform the commissionaire immediately. New cards are available at cost and lost cards will be cancelled from the system. When reprogramming, the card itself is not required, should you know the card coded number.
Should staff leave your company, please advise the commissionaire so that the cards can be cancelled to prevent unauthorised access. Security will contact you regularly for an updated schedule of all group/card holders.
If you are planning a party, seminar or some other functions after hours, please advise the commissionaire in advance so as to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding.
Contractor Identification
To assist tenants' awareness of contractors organised by the building management to undertake works throughout the building, all contractors are issued with IDcards which must be clearly displayed at all times.
It is requested that all tenants be mindful of this requirement and should any contractor be found in the premises not wearing an identification badge, it is recommended that the relevant personnel of your company and/or the facilities manager be contacted immediately, so as to ensure that the subject person be requested to leave your premises.
